First Concert of the Academic Year

With 900 seats, a perfect acoustic and an innovative design, the Rosey Concert Hall is the perfect setting for IMMA students’ performances in public.

Unique Facilities for IMMA

October 2015: A grand date in the History of IMMA. Apart from our historic roots in Gstaad and Coppet, we added a string to our bow! We started the academic year 2015-2016 as resident Orchestra at The Paul & Henri Carnal Hall in Rolle, the ultra modern building built by Le Rosey, dedicated to Music and the Arts: Concert Hall , Rehearsal rooms, practice rooms etc.. Never in our history have we had such perfect facilities for our students. A tribute to our reputation and dedication to music and excellence.

End of the Academic Year 2014-2015

IMMA’s Students have made it to the end of the academic year 2014-2015.One last and very demanding tradition to fulfill: The end of year Recitals for our leaving students, in front of all their teachers and fellow students. To show what they have achieved in their 3 or 4 years with us. Best way to describe it, the title of the Berner Oberländer article after their Interlaken Classics concert: ‘Junge Virtuosen auf dem weg zur Meistershaft’. Bravo to all!!

Rencontre Musicales Final Concert

Highlight of highlights: IMMA’s closing concert at the Saanen Church. Exceptional program, exceptional reception by an enchanted public. Maxim and the IMMA Camerata performed a spectacular programme of:

Bach – Concerto for two violins
Vivaldi – Concerto for four violins
Bruch – Kol Nidrei – performed by cellist Pablo de Naverán
Meditation – Thais
Ravel – Tzigane
Sarasate – Navarra for two violins
Tchaikovsky – serenade for strings – conducted by Maxim Vengerov
